This two-day, one-night tour will provide the important temple of Northern Thailand. The first day will include an exploration of the History trip through ancient capitals, beautiful landscapes of Chiang Mai and Discover the age-old capitals of Lanna Kingdom, On second day heading to lesser-known Lamphun, It’s one of the oldest towns in Thailand and was once the capital of the ancient Kingdom of Haripunchai. Head south to Lampang province to experience diverse and their unique communities, The main attraction here are horse drawn carriages and a lot of old temples that bring charm to overlooking the alluring northern city.

Activities & Itinerary: 

DAY 1: Chiang Mai City Temple + Doi Suthep Temple + Handicraft Center + Warrorot Market

- Morning! 8.00 am. Pick you up from your accommodation, Spend an unforgettable morning at the exquisite visit Wat Chedi Luang in the heart of old city. It is stunning in the morning.The temple housed several relics of well-respected monks from recent history, this temple was built in 14 century but the pagoda was damaged by the big earthquake 400 years ago. It’s still 60 m in height and 44 m in wide, it is really impressive temple! Next, travel to Wat Chiang Man, the first temple as the royal resident of King Mengrai of Mengrai dynasty. See 2 precious Buddha images "Phra Satangkamanee " and "Phra Buddha Sila" which are important for Chiang Mai people.

- Continue to the world famous Doi Suthep Temple situated on the peak of mountain at 3,520 feet above sea level, admire the great city panorama views of Chiang Mai. After working up for an appetite, enjoy a delicious lunch at local restaurant with tasty Thai food. 

- This afternoon, Visit the famous Sankampaeng Handicraft center. outside city where silk weaving is done, where fans and umbrellas are made. Also silverware, lacquer ware, ceramics, antiques, and jewelry factory. There is a chance for shopping and bargaining for souvenirs but since we are private tour, so you will be able to choose which factory you want to see and it’s flexible for you.

-  Then heading to the Warorot Market. Spread over three floors, this market is ideal for getting your fill of local food or to choose something to savor later in the day. Part of the market is dedicated to vendors who will actually prepare and cook a meal for you from scratch there and then, with spicy aromas and flashes of pan-fire creating a real assault on the senses. Return to the hotel at about 17.00 and end of wonderful day.

DAY 2: Wat Phra That Hariphunchai + Wat Phra That Lampang Luang + Local Market 

- On the second day, 08.00 am Pick Up from Hotel in Chiang Mai City and Escape Chiang Mai and whiz your way through the charming streets of downtown stretches of which are canopied by tall dipterocarp trees, for the Lamphun province, the old capital of the Hariphunchai Empire. Visit the ancient temples of Wat Phra That Hariphunchai, Status as one of Thailand’s oldest cities. The old fortress wall and ancient temples are surviving examples of the city’s former life as the northernmost outpost of the ancient Mon Dvaravati kingdom, then known as Hariphunchai. During part of this period, the area was ruled by Chama Dhewi, a Mon queen who has earned legendary status among Thailand’s constellation of historic rulers,
Stop to have lunch at local restaurant with tasty Thai food.

- This atternoon, Continue visiting Wat Phra That Lampang Luang, This temple at south of Lampang and is one of the North’s finest. To the left of the chedi is a Vihara with a carved wood facade and double – level roofs. Harmonious proportions and exquisite interior decoration make Wat Phra That Lampang Luang one of the best examples of Northern – style religious architecture. Afterwards, Experience Lampang City’s people, temples and markets by horse-cart riding. It is a symbol of Lampang.

- About 1.30 hours back to Chiang Mai, on the way stop at Ceramics Factory and Local Maket Mae Tha Community, 17.00 pm Arrive the hotel and end wonderful tour.
